It has come to our attention as an independent dealer of the Acorn/Brooks stairlifts products that the world-wide manufacturer is currently experiencing a temporary total systems failure of all communications systems. This has so far lasted a couple of days.
We have spoken to Acorn Stairlifts and would like to re-assure their direct customers that they are working hard to get the systems up and running again as fast as possible and is obviously their ‘priority number one’
Our understanding is that this has affected their systems globally and includes computer systems, email, websites and telecommunications.
We also understand that some of the telephone lines are now back up and that their direct servicing and repairs departments are now beginning to function. The advice from the manufacturer is that if you are struggling to contact them then please leave them a direct message using social media platforms.
